Christmas treat: reindeer cookies

How cute are these reindeer cookies? I loved decorating them and they were super easy to make. So it’s also a great activity to do with your kid.
You can also make snowman of course, but I thought reindeers were a bit more original. On this page I’m telling you how to make this Christmas treat: reindeer cookies.

I used white chocolate Oreo cookies for these reindeers. They’re regular Oreo’s dipped in white chocolate. If your supermarket doesn’t sell the white choc Oreo cookies, you can also buy regular ones and a white chocolate bar. Just melt the chocolate au-bain-marie and dip the Oreo cookies in them. Let them set on a parchment lined baking sheet in the fridge.

To create the nose, I used a strawberry decoration marker that I found at an online baking store. An easier option is to buy a package of colored decoration markers that most supermarkets sell at their baking isle. And use the red one for the nose.
I used a chocolate marker from the supermarket to make the eyes and the antlers.

Recipe Christmas Reindeer Cookies

Ingredients:
1 package of white choc Oreo cookies
1 red decoration marker
1 chocolate decoration marker

Put the desired amount of cookies on a cutting board. Use the red decoration marker to make noses in the bottom-center of each cookie.
Use the chocolate decoration marker to make the eyes and the antlers as shown in the picture. If you’re right handed it’s smart to start with the left side.
