Healthy brownies

Don’t these healthy brownies look delicious? With only 5 ingredients, they’re very easy to make. And they’re healthy! I used oatmeal instead of flower and yogurt instead of butter. So these brownies are sugar free, fat free, gluten free and wheat free. It does contain egg whites, so if you’re vegan, check out the recipe of my vegan brownies. Below is the recipe for these healthy brownies.

Recipe Healthy brownies

Ingredients (for 6 brownies)
50 gram (1/5 cup) oatmeal
3 tablespoons of (raw) cacao powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 egg whites
150 ml (5 oz) fat free yogurt.

Mix all the ingredients until you’ve got a sticky dough. Divide the batter over 6 muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes on 180ºC (350ºF)
