Healthy Raspberry Muffins

I think Instagram is a great place to find inspiration for healthy recipes. Are you already following me @anne_travel_foodie?
I found the recipe for these healthy, raspberry muffins on Jessica Harthoorn’s Instagram account and I’m sharing the recipe on this page.
These healthy raspberry muffins are sugar free, dairy free, fat free and gluten free. They don’t even contain any sweeteners like honey or syrup.
And if that wasn’t good enough they’re also super easy to make and you can freeze them and just take them out 30/60 minutes before serving.

Ingredients for 10 muffins:
* 60 gram (2ounce) oatmeal
* 2 bananas
* 2 eggs
* 2 tbs baking powder
* 3 tbs shredded coconut
* handful dried mulberries
* about 30 raspberries
* pinch of cinnamon

Preheat the oven. Mix everything except the raspberries and put the batter in the muffin tray. Lightly press about 3 raspberries in each muffin. Bake them for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
