Live Puri: review, giveaway and recipes

Let me introduce Live Puri to you with a review, a healthy recipe and a giveaway! At Live Puri you can order your protein powders with delicious flavors and no junk! From each protein powder flavor they have a lightly sweetened and unsweetened version. All products are refined sugar free, and the lightly sweetened versions only contain a small amount of sweeteners (less than 4%). This makes Live Puri a healthier choice in comparison with most protein powders.

They have four different flavors of whey protein powder at Live Puri: Cacao, Vanilla, Coconut and Chai.
Besides protein powder they also have a Vanilla meal which you can have as a lunch alternative and 6 different bottles with vitamins and minerals like Vitamine D3 and Magnesium.

Of course you can make a protein shake with the whey powders from Live Puri but there are also many recipes that you can make! I’ll share two recipes with you in this blog post.
recipe chocolate protein nicecream
I’ve created this recipe for a chocolate protein nicecream bowl. Nicecream is a very healthy dairy-free and vegan ice cream made from frozen bananas. You’ll need frozen bananas for this recipe, I always cut my ripe bananas in pieces and keep them in a freezer bag in the freezer until I need one. Not that well-prepared? A few hours in the freezer will do for this recipe!
