Quinoa for breakfast? That’s right! It’s super easy to make popped quinoa and it tastes great with some (soy) yogurt for breakfast!
Just put 2 tablespoons of uncooked quinoa in a hot frying pan (without oil). Close with a lid and turn off the heat when the popping sound stops.
Crush some pecan nuts and walnuts and finely chop an apple. Serve the popped quinoa with the apple, nuts and yogurt of your choice (I used unsweetened almond yogurt)
