Vegan Puffed Rice Treats

I love creating healthy and easy sweet treats. These puffed rice treats are super easy to make. You’ll only need 4 ingredients! These rice treats are vegan and sugar free, and you won’t need an oven.
They’re done in a few minutes, so they’re also a great dessert for when you’re short on time.

Recipe Vegan Puffed Rice Treats
Makes 6:
50 grams (2 cups) puffed rice
4 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
100 grams dark chocolate
sea salt

Put the peanut butter in a bowl and microwave for 60 seconds. Add the puffed rice and mix well. Divide the puffed rice over 6 muffin tins. If you have a silicone muffin pan you don’t need to grease them. Press the puffed rice with the back of a spoon.

Melt the dark chocolate au-bain-marie (in a bowl above boiling water). Pour the chocolate over the puffed rice. Sprinkle with sea salt. 
Place in the fridge to set and remove them 10-30 minutes before serving.
