Vegan Snickers Balls

I love making healthy (and vegan) versions of unhealthy food. After making healthified and vegan Ferrero Rocher, it was time to make these healthy Snickers bites. These Snickers Balls are not only vegan, but also gluten free, raw and sugar free. And what might be the best thing about them is that you only need 4 ingredients to make them! Check the recipe below!

Ingredients:
* 10 dates (pitted)
* 1 tbs peanut butter
* 80 gr dark chocolate
* 50 gr peanuts
* 9 cocktail sticks

Mix the dates and the peanut butter in a food processor until a big ball is shaped. Put it on a plate and put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes, this will make it easier to roll balls later. With your hands you can roll 9 balls from it. Put a cocktail stick in each ball and put them on parchment paper in the freezer again for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime you can melt the dark chocolate au-bain-marie and crush the peanuts.
Roll each ball through the melted dark chocolate until it’s covered, and then roll it through the crushed peanuts.
You can keep the snicker balls in the fridge until serving.
