It’s almost Valentine’s Day! Feel like making making something sweet for someone? I’m showing you that a Valentines Day treat doesn’t have to be very unhealthy! I made these strawberry chocolate cups and they’re vegan and quite healthy! With this vegan Valentines Day recipe you can make something sweet for your sweet!
Ingredients for 8 cups:
1 bar (100 grams) dark chocolate
4 tbs strawberry jam (sugar-free)
4 tbs freeze-dried strawberries (I used NADA)
Melt the dark chocolate au-bain-marie. Divide half of melted chocolate over 8 silicone muffin cups, use a teaspoon to cover the bottom and the sides of the cups. Put in the freezer or fridge for at least 30 minutes. Divide the strawberry jam over the cups and freeze again. Top with the remaining dark chocolate and sprinkle with chopped dried strawberries before the chocolate sets. Save in the fridge until using.
