Healthy vegan chocolate pepernoten cake

  • 200 grams Whole wheat flower
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 5 grams baking soda
  • 4 bananas
  • 20 grams grated coconut
  • 100 grams kruidnoten


  • Preheat the oven to 180C degrees. Crumble half of the kruidnoten, mix all the other ingredients in a food processor. Pour the mixture in a cake-tin. Decorate with the remaining kruidnoten. Bake in 25-35 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
