Who doesn’t love Oreo Cookies? I’m a big fan for sure. And the funny thing is that I hardly just eat them straight from the package. I almost always in-cooperate them in a recipe. I made several recipes with Oreo cookies before, like Oreo pancakes and an Oreo trifle.

This time I created a recipe with Oreo cookies and only two other ingredients. All you need besides the Oreo’s is cream cheese and white chocolate. You can also use milk or dark chocolate of course. I just really like the flavor combination of white chocolate and Oreo cookies.

Tip: if the melted chocolate isn’t liquid enough, you can add a teaspoon of coconut oil. This will make the chocolate thinner.

Recipe 3 Ingredient Oreo Balls

Ingredients (makes 16-20 balls):
1 package Oreo cookies (154 grams)
100 grams cream cheese
100 grams white chocolate

Mix the Oreo cookies and the cream cheese in a food processor until fully combined. The mixture shouldn’t have cookie crumbs anymore, but should be a smooth mixture.
Use your hands or two teaspoons to form 15 to 20 balls from the Oreo mixture. Put them on a plate lined with parchment paper and put that plate in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the white chocolate au-bain-marie.
One by one, put the Oreo balls on a fork and use a teaspoon to divide the white chocolate over the balls. Put the chocolate covered balls back on the parchment lined plate and put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
You can keep them in the fridge until serving.
