Food News July 2020

On this page I’m sharing all my favorite food news from July 2020.
This month several great new food products came out again. Never want to miss any food news? Like my Facebook page or subscribe to my monthly newsletter at the bottom of the page.

Free Summer Muesli

It’s summer and MyMuesli is celebrating that with special summer muesli’s. They’ve got the Summer Muesli mix which got a great package with ice cream cones and pink flamingo’s on it. There’s the Strawberry Lime with strawberries and limes drawn on the package. And the Pink Granola with strawberries, raspberries and acai powder.
Because it’s my Birthday this month and it’s my blog’s 5 year anniversary I’m giving away a free package of mini mueslis! All you have to do is click on this link and the free MyMuesli package with 6 muesli flavors is added to your order. Just order something for €10 or more, like a Summer Package, and get the package for free automatically.

Win: alcohol-free Martini

If you don’t feel like drinking alcohol, you’re pregnant or you’re the designated driver; there’s a new drink that I think you’ll love. And the good news is: I can give away two bottles to the visitors of my blog!
Martini has created two alcohol-free drinks: Martini Vibrante and Martini Floreale. The ruby red Vibrante has hints of Italian bergamot and the Floreale has hints of Camille (hence the name). They’re made with only natural ingredients and you can mix them into nice mocktails!

You can now WIN these two bottles! All you have to do is subscribe to my newsletter below and let me know in a reaction why you’d like to win. Good luck!
UPDATE: the giveaway is closed. The winner is announced in the comments below.

Vilarnau 0,0%

There’s more good alcohol-free news! Vilarnau has created two sparkling wines with 0% percent alcohol. There are two different kinds of alcohol free bubbles. The pink bottle is a rose Cava made from the garnacha grape and the blue bottle is a sparkling white wine made from the parellada and macabeo grapes. The sparkling wines aren’t only alcohol-free, they’re also organic, vegan and low in calories. With only 23 calories per glass, these bubbles contain 70% less calories than a regular sparkling wine.
If you order these bubbles online with the code ‘0.0’ you don’t pay shipping costs and you can order them for only €9,95 per bottle.

Hagelswag

Remember how I told you about Hagelswag back in Februari 2018? Well they just had an upgrade! Besides their pretty glass bottles they now also sell packages with chocolate sprinkles. They have several different flavors, but it’s all real and fair-trade chocolate. These chocolate sprinkles are great instead of ‘hagelslag’ on a sandwich but you can use them for all kinds of other things too like cake toppings. You can buy Hagelswag in their webshop or at Albert Heijn supermarkets.

Essentials Tea

Essentials Tea is a luxury tea brand that sells organic loose leaf tea. The teas are 100% pure without any additives like sugar or aromas. They’ve got direct cooperations with the producers so that they know that the tea is organic and cultivated with respect for nature and animals. On their website they sell all kinds of tea. From black to white and green. They also sell tea blends and tea accessories. Essentials Tea is located in Goirle, a small town just below my hometown Tilburg.

Later this month I’ll add more items to this page with food news.
