I’ve already wrote a blog post about which restaurants in Tilburg deliver during the Corona crisis. But I thought it would be useful to have a separate list of vegan deliver and take-out options in Tilburg during the Corona crisis. On this page I’m sharing all options for vegan meals that you can order during the Corona crisis in Tilburg. From vegan breakfast to vegan dinner and of course some vegan sweets as well.
Normally you can go to Stoom013, the coffee bar in the train wagon, for a vegan meal every Wednesday evening. Now that those evenings are cancelled for the coming weeks, they’ve decided to turn the vegan dishes to take-out dishes! For only €10 per person you get a vegan dinner, dessert and drink. You can pick it up on Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30pm at Stoom013. Order via 06-11655388 before Wednesdays 4pm. The first edition will be on Wednesday April 1st.
Thursday: Club SoDa
Also on Thursdays it’s possible to have a vegan meal. Club SoDa offers a vegan meal for only €7,50 and a vegan dessert for only €4,- every Thursday. They’ll deliver the meal to your door. You can order by emailing to email@example.com.
Thursday: Gouden Radijs
And on Thursdays you can also get another vegan meal! Every Thursday Marith from De Gouden Radijs creates a vegan take-out menu. You can pick it up at a drive thru at Stoom013 in the Spoorzone from 5:30 to 7:30pm. You can go by foot or by train to the ‘drive thru’ as well. The menu changes every week. But she’ll always create a starter, main and dessert. She’ll announce the menu on her social media pages and the dishes are always vegan. You can pick up your vegan meal at Stoom013, at the Hall of Fame in the Spoorzone. The costs are 20,- per person for 3 courses and two drinks of your choice. You can reserve by sending a whatsapp or text message to 0628460285 before Thursday.
There’s (temporarily) another vegan take-out and delivery option in Tilburg: Mon-O fastfood is a pop-up delivery joint. Everything on their menu is vegan, so this ‘cheese burger’ is also completely plant-based! They’ve also got delicious ‘kapsalons’ and sweet potato fries!
De Groene Chef
De Groene Chef is a great spot in Tilburg for vegan take-out. They’re located at Mercado Emma. De Groene Chef used to be open for take-away and delivery in some regions from Thursday to Sunday but at the moment they only offer special menus on Saturday. The menu is a 3 course vegan menu that changes every week. You can find the menu on their Instagram account. You can also order vegan borrelplanken at least 24 hours in advance that can be picked up on Saturdays at the Emma Passage. For more information you can send a Whatsapp to 0631741019.
From Tuesday to Sunday you can order your vegan satay at Sate Kid. They also have meat options at Sate Kid, but the vegan options are delicious! The Sate Tahu and Sate Mix Vega Schotel are both vegan.
You can order between 3 and 9:45 pm via their website.
Vegan bakery Van Planten has also started a delivery service! You’ll be able to order a few of their delivery proof vegan treats on their website. You can choose from all kinds of goodies like brownies and rocky road. They’ll send the packages every workday.
At Waanzinnig you can choose between 4 vegetarian dinners. You pick up everything you need at the restaurant and all you have to do is prepare the last things at home. The instructions are included of course. You can order your dinner up to 5pm one day in advance by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 013-542 5229. You can pick up your order from Tuesday to Saturday between 4 and 5pm.
Food Atelier is a 100% vegetarian deli. They’ve got several vegan options as well. You can pick up your food here and enjoy it at home. They’re open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11am. They close at 7pm, except on Saturday when they close at 5pm. The menu changes regularly, so keep an eye out on their social media channels or call/app to 0640423316 for more information or to place your order.
You can bring your own packaging to Food Atelier, which I think is great.
Via Thuisbezorgd.nl you can order your vegan dishes from Focus Foodbar. Everything on their menu is completely plant-based. I went for this vegan ‘cheeseburger’ with fries. You can also pick up your order at Focus yourself from 4pm.
Don’s Noodle Shop
Don’s Noodle shop is open for take-away on Tuesday to Sunday. They’re open from noon to 9pm. They’ve got several good vegan Asian dishes on the menu. My favorite is the vegan bao buns!
At Vegan Masters you can order vegan breakfast, lunch or dinner items. They deliver it to your house in the evening. If you order before 10am you’ll get it that same evening and otherwise you’ll get it the next evening.
If you use code ‘Foodie20’ at check-out, you’ll get a 20% discount on your order.
Aim Aroy has great vegetarian and vegan options as well. These dishes inspired by Thailand are a popular Asian take-out and delivery option in Tilburg. You can order your vegan Thai dishes via Thuisbezorgd, they even have a special ‘vegan maaltijden’ section in the app. Pictured you see their Kai Pat Pak Roam, stir fried vegetables with vegan chicken (or tahoe if you prefer) with either rice, fried rice or fried noodles.
Gember & Sereh
Gember & Sereh, the Indonesian restaurant at the Korte Heuvel also started online ordering. From Thursday to Sunday between 5 and 8pm you can take-out their meals on the Korte Heuvel or order them via Thuisbezorgd.nl. The rendang is suitable for vegans if you note it with your order (otherwise it’ll be served with egg).
